The Moving I-4 Forward Program provides the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) and the transportation industry with unparalleled opportunity for collaboration and innovation. The CPO has developed an innovative new project delivery method to help expedite the Moving I-4 Forward program called Modified Phased Design-Build (MPDB).
