West of U.S. 27 to west of ChampionsGate Blvd. (C.R. 532)
Project 3 in the Moving I-4 Forward Program will enhance safety and connectivity at Interstate 4 (I-4) and the U.S. 27 interchange. This section of I-4 will include four general use lanes east of U.S. 27, three general use lanes west of U.S. 27, and add two express lanes in each direction. Additional operational improvements at U.S. 27 will provide better traffic flow for travelers and businesses in the area.
Project Details
The Moving I-4 Forward Program consists of five main projects plus an initial phase called the Accelerated Start that included two additional components to jump-start future construction.
