Detour Information:

  • Ramp Closures: I-4 westbound off-ramp to S.R. 429 northbound and S.R. 429 southbound off-ramp to I-4 westbound
    • For S.R. 429 northbound from I-4 westbound, take Exit 58 for ChampionsGate Boulevard (C. R. 532) and turn left onto C.R. 532 eastbound, then turn left to access the ramp for eastbound I-4 toward Orlando. Continue on I-4, then keep right to take Exit 60 for S.R. 429 northbound toward Apopka.
    • For I-4 westbound from S.R. 429 southbound, turn left onto Sinclair Road eastbound, then turn right onto Old Lake Wilson Road southbound. Continue on Old Lake Wilson Road for approximately 2.5 miles and turn right onto C.R. 532 westbound. Continue on C.R. 532 for approximately 1.5 miles, then turn left to access the ramp for I-4 westbound toward Tampa.
  • Traffic Shift: I-4 westbound at World Drive
    • To continue on I-4 westbound, take Exit 62 for Disney World/ Celebration. Stay left to access the ramp for I-4 westbound toward Tampa.
  • Ramp Closures: S.R. 417 southbound to I-4 westbound and I-4 westbound to World Drive
    • For I-4 westbound from S.R. 417 southbound, take Exit 2 for Celebration Avenue to U.S. 192. Then turn left onto U.S. 192 westbound and take the exit to I-4 west toward Tampa.
    • For I-4 westbound toward World Drive (Disney World/Celebration), take Exit 64 for U.S. 192 west toward Magic Kingdom/Wide World of Sports. For World Drive northbound, continue on U.S 192 and stay right to exit to Magic Kingdom/Hollywood Studios. For World Drive southbound, continue on U.S.192 and take the exit to Celebration.
  • Full Closure: All lanes of I-4 eastbound from World Drive to U.S. 192 and the I-4 eastbound off-ramp to S.R. 417 northbound (Exit 62B)
    • For I-4 eastbound, take Exit 62B (Disney World/Celebration) and exit to World Drive northbound. Continue on World Drive for approximately 1.7 miles and take the exit for U.S. 192 eastbound toward Kissimmee. Continue on U.S. 192, then take the exit for I-4 and stay left to access the ramp to I-4 eastbound toward Orlando.
    • For I-4 eastbound from World Drive southbound, continue on World Drive and make a U-turn at Celebration Boulevard to begin traveling on World Drive northbound. In approximately 2 miles, take the exit for U.S. 192 eastbound toward Kissimmee. Continue on U.S. 192, then take the exit for I-4 and stay left to access the ramp to I-4 eastbound toward Orlando.
    • For S.R. 417 northbound from World Drive/Celebration Boulevard, travel north on World Drive from Celebration Boulevard for approximately 2 miles and take the exit for U.S. 192 eastbound toward Kissimmee. Continue on U.S. 192 for approximately 2 miles, then turn right onto Celebration Avenue, then turn left to access the ramp to S.R. 417 northbound.
  • Ramp Closure: I-4 westbound off-ramp to S.R. 429 northbound (Exit 60)
    • For S.R. 429 northbound from I-4 westbound, take Exit 58 for ChampionsGate Boulevard (C. R. 532) and turn left onto C.R. 532 eastbound, then turn left to access the ramp for eastbound I-4 toward Orlando. Continue on I-4, then keep right to take Exit 60 for S.R. 429 northbound toward Apopka.

 

Construction activities to reconfigure the eastbound I-4 exit ramps for Exit 62, World Drive and State Road (S.R.) 417 will occur overnight from 8:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m. on the following night:
  • July 9-10
Detour information:
Ramp movements will remain available throughout the operation, but motorists may experience minor delays between 8:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. in the I-4 eastbound direction, as crews prepare for the realignment.

ChampionsGate Boulevard (County Road (C.R.) 532) westbound under Interstate 4 (I-4) will be closed nightly from 11:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m. on the following nights:

  • July 7-10

The dual left-turn lanes at the I-4 eastbound C.R. 532 (Exit 58) will also be closed. The remainder of the ramp movements at the I-4/ChampionsGate interchange will be unaffected by this closure.

Detour Information:

  • To access C.R. 532 westbound after exiting from I-4 eastbound (Exit 58, Poinciana/Kissimmee), follow signage to turn right onto C.R. 532 eastbound, turn right onto Lake Wilson Road southbound, turn right onto Ronald Reagan Parkway westbound, and turn right onto C.R. 532.
  • To access the I-4 westbound on-ramp from C.R. 532 east of I-4, follow signage to make a U-turn at Healing Place, then turn right onto Lake Wilson Road southbound, turn right onto Ronald Reagan Parkway westbound, and turn right onto C.R. 532.

The on-ramps to I-4 eastbound and I-4 westbound from State Road (S.R.) 429 southbound will be closed nightly from 11:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m. on the following nights:

  • July 12-16

Detour Information:

  • For I-4 eastbound from S.R. 429 southbound, turn left onto Sinclair Road eastbound, then turn right onto Old Lake Wilson Road southbound. Continue on Old Lake Wilson Road for approximately 2.5 miles and turn right onto C.R. 532 westbound. Continue on C.R. 532 for approximately 1.3 miles and stay right to access the on-ramp for I-4 eastbound toward Orlando.
  • For I-4 westbound from S.R. 429 southbound, turn left onto Sinclair Road eastbound, then turn right onto Old Lake Wilson Road southbound. Continue on Old Lake Wilson Road for approximately 2.5 miles and turn right onto C.R. 532 westbound. Continue on C.R. 532 for approximately 1.5 miles, then turn left to access the ramp for I-4 westbound toward Tampa.

  • DON’T TAILGATE – Unexpected stops frequently occur in work zones.
  • DON’T SPEED IN THE WORK ZONE – Note the posted speed limits in and around the work zone.
  • MINIMIZE DISTRACTIONS – Avoid changing radio stations and using cell phones while driving in the work zone.
  • EXPECT THE UNEXPECTED – Keep an eye out for workers and equipment.
