The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) has rescheduled the realignment of the Exit 62 (State Road (S.R.) 417 North/Disney World/Celebration) ramp from eastbound Interstate 4 (I-4) at World Drive. Construction activities to complete the realignment are now anticipated to occur with overnight lane closures from 8:00 p.m. on Friday, August 14, until 7:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 15, 2026.
If the operation cannot be completed as planned, crews will reschedule for Sunday, August 16, to complete the work.
Once the operation is completed, the two-lane ramp entrance to Exit 62 will provide access for Exit 62A for World Drive southbound toward Celebration and Exit 62B for World Drive northbound toward Disney World or S.R. 417 northbound.
Exit ramp movements will remain available throughout the operation, but motorists may experience minor delays as crews switch traffic.
