As the Corridors Program Director, Keith oversees the programming, development, and construction of key projects under the Moving Florida Forward initiative. Keith is a registered Professional Engineer in Florida and holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of South Florida. Keith has dedicated more than 30 years to the Florida transportation industry, evolving from an engineering technician to executive leadership at the district level. Prior to his current role in the CPO, Keith served in several leadership positions including: FDOT District One Director of Transportation Operations, Assistant Traffic Operations Engineer, Traffic Design Engineer, District Traffic Operations Engineer, Interim Director of Office of Design, and Interim Director of Traffic Operations and Engineering.
