Morgan County serves as the Program Director of Controls for the Moving I-4 Forward Program. Morgan is a University of Florida graduate, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. He’s a registered professional engineer in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, and South Carolina. He has 24 years of experience working in the transportation industry and has been serving as a consultant to the Florida Department of Transportation throughout his career, managing a variety of projects that range from early-stage Planning/PD&E, to the delivery of complex contractor-partnered Design-Build jobs. For the past year, Morgan has served the Moving I-4 Forward Program, helping to advance this multi-billion dollar program into construction.
