About Me
As the Deputy Program Manager for the Corridors Program Office (CPO), Wendy oversees and leads a team of project controllers, contract administrators, information technology specialists and communications specialist that are charged with facilitating the delivery of the Moving I-4 Forward program. Wendy leads the program’s workforce development initiatives and also directly manages the administration of all program-related contracts and work orders, and serves as a critical liaison with FDOT Central Office, Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise, the various supporting Districts, and the Owner’s Rep consultant team. Additionally, Wendy manages the facilities needs for the Program Office, all while ensuring the continuity and quality of day-to-day operations, and continuously fostering a culture that is founded on trust, respect, and positive encouragement across the entire program.

Wendy holds an Associates of Arts degree in Psychology from Phoenix University. Wendy brings more than 15 years of FDOT experience to the CPO and Moving I-4 Forward program, having managed a broad portfolio of projects including oversight of the Engineering & Operations Operating and Work Program budgets, inventory, leases, and purchasing. Wendy also has extensive experience in the management and coordination of multiple GEC contracts, innovative contracting approach contracts, the PE Trainee Program, workforce development initiatives, and numerous other special projects.
